A menu based on the fusion of traditional Asian cuisines

Asia restaurant, located at the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, debuts a new chef and gastronomic proposal. Tae  Yamaguchi, a Japanese descendant shows passion about Asian cuisine in general, and brings to Majorca a unique Asian cuisine. The new menu is committed to a more Japanese approach with dishes featuring an Asian cuisine immersion, the fresh product and the inexhaustible search for authentic flavours.
